Private Peer Advisory Groups for CEOs, Entrepreneurs, and Emerging Leaders

Next Meeting: Wednesday, December 9, 2020

Our monthly meetings include an outside keynote speaker on a relevant topic, a host presentation, and the processing of opportunities and challenges for our members. The keynote speaker presentation is available through Zoom to non-members interested in learning more about our program.

December 9, 2020 Keynote Speaker:

Kathleen Quinn Votaw

Kathleen Quinn Votaw is a published author, a globally sought-after speaker on all things talent and human capital, and the founder and CEO of TalenTrust, one of Colorado’s top woman-owned companies for 6 years and counting, according to COBiz Magazine.

Kathleen’s organization, TalenTrust, is revolutionizing how companies find, keep, and grow great people. After nearly two decades of earning accolades in the staffing industry, Kathleen determined that traditional models don’t always serve the best interest of clients—especially rapidly growing companies. She vowed to disrupt the stagnant staffing/recruiting industry.

Kathleen’s passion for growth allows her to connect business leaders with the right people and ideas to drive faster growth. Her success is based on a core belief that people and relationships are critical to business success. In 2015 and 2016, TalenTrust was named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list for high-growth companies.

Her book, titled “Solve the People Puzzle“, synthesizes her expert advice on how to create a strong company culture, attract employees that fit within that culture and keep those employees for the long-term. Kathleen is an engaging and authoritative speaker on culture, talent, and human capital strategy. She offers invaluable advice to executives on how to find and keep their most valuable asset—their people. Kathleen’s passion for growth allows her to connect business leaders with the right people and ideas to drive faster growth.

She is a long-time Vistage Member in Colorado and a three-year Vistage National Sponsor. Kathleen has previously served on the Advisory Board for Colorado Companies to Watch, year-long program that celebrates and supports second-stage companies that are developing valuable products and services, creating quality jobs, enriching communities, and creating new industries throughout the state. Kathleen is also a member and former Board President of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) in Denver.
