In his new role, Rick Russon will be responsible for finding resources and helping clients migrate their IT infrastructure to the cloud. He helps clients with the judicious use of technology, processes, and policies to optimize workflows. He is involved in an engagement through pre-sales technical support, engineering, production (light manufacturing, software releases, services), testing, quality assurance, and customer service.
Rick has more than 35 years integrating processes and technology into business operations. He is able to accurately define the scope of a project or problem, understand business workflows and financials, and simplify complex concepts for presentation to non-technical people. He is adept at the recovery of failing projects.
